Mary Kay

Well, I enjoy using the Mary Kay products for a while. For sometime I have been thinking about becoming a consultant. Tonight I talked to Gordon about it and he and I will pray about it.

Blessings & Life

We had a special sacrament meeting. We had the privilege of hearing a prophet, seer and revelator of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Elder Dallin H. Oaks of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostle asked to speak to the members in Denton because he was going to be in the area for a meeting. What a blessing it was to set at the feet of a special whiteness of Christ and be lovingly taught!

Only in Texas

On Friday we went apartment shopping and sweated (literally) a little, the next day it snows.

Also, Saturday I woke up with a headache and a small cough and today I have been struggling to keep my voice. Yay for drugs that help you feel better and the most amazing thing is having a husband that lets you take a 75 min nap!!!

Princess' 5 Month Update

Well, in two days, our little Princess will be five months old. To celebrate and because I never had a shower, Mimi (my mom) is throwing her a party. It's at my place so Peanut can sleep if she needs to during it. Gordon's parents will be coming up, but Gordon will be at work. She does not like to let her daddy go. Here is proof:

My Grandma Scheib (Mimi's mom) mailed us a really cool bouncer. Princess Peanut Loves it!

She has also started eating rice cereal. She also likes that. Sometimes she gets upset when the bowl is empty. We were surprised how fast she took to it. She took it so well, we gave her too much and she is constipated. We are feeding her pedialyte by a syringe since she will not take a bottle.
